Change of address? Contact us at hello@surfbasis.com ASAP. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Basis is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact hello@surfbasis.com within 14 days of the delivery date so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Resolution (reshipment, replacement, or refund) is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

Basis is also not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as address corrections after an order has shipped may incur a rerouting fee charged by the courier, and we cannot guarantee the address can be updated once the package is in transit.

If your Basis Trainer is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees.
